The hotel is really nice, but our booking got royally messed up. It was supposed to be four nights at Quality Inn Lakefront, balcony King Suite and somehow, one night got switched to the Quality Inn on the Blvd. In a business suite.

The staff was very nice and accommodating and helped any way they could. The front desk clerk worked to get us a first floor room. The room was clean. The guest laundry service was very good and reasonable in cost. The pool was really nice and the hours of operation were good. If we get back that way again we’d stay there and we will recommend them to anyone.

Property Description
Our Hotel is 100% non smoking, Many rooms have two queen beds, or one King bed, 3 rooms have a jacuzzi's in the room. Rooms are equiped with wireless internet, Serta mattresses, and feather pillows. In room coffee,hair dryers, ironing boards and irons. Quality Inn serves a hot breakfast, daily from 6-9am. Breakfast consists of Scrabbled eggs, Sausage, Hot Waffles,Biscuits and Gravy, Muffins, Bagels, Yogurt, Hard Boiled eggs, Fresh Fruit, Cereals, and Juice. Popcorn social nightly from 6-11pm, Casino tokens, free shuttle to the Casino. Indoor Pool, Spa, Sauna, precor fitness room, Gift shop, WII, Laptops and bikes for guest use. Seattles Best coffee served 24 hours. We are located .5miles from the bridgeview park on Lake Michigan, and near many of the sights in the area. Our meeting space is 840sq ft. to 1440sq ft. depending on the setup it can seat 20-200 people. We do offer a brakfast, lunch and dinner menu. We have a variety of audio and visiual equipment. Recreational rentals available by the day or week, Snowmoblies and ATV's.
